Terms & Conditions


  1. Neither the editor nor EEES shall be held liable for any errors of content including (but not limited to) factual errors and omissions in the author’s work.
  2. Neither the editor nor EEES shall be held liable for any errors in statistical analysis or analyses not completed by the authors.
  3. Neither the editor nor EEES shall be held liable for any acts of plagiarism by the authors, willful or otherwise.
  4. Neither the editor nor EEES shall be held liable for any decision made by the publishing houses with respects to a determination to publish or not publish the article. Neither will the editor or EEES be held liable for any changes made or suggested by the publisher’s editorial team. The final decision to publish an article is at the discretion of the publishers.
  5. Neither the editor nor EEES is obligated to refund the cost of the service in the case of an edited document being refused publication.
  6. Neither the editor nor EEES shall be held liable for any errors of wording due to the original paper being ambiguous or unclear in its meaning.
  7. Authors/clients are responsible for reviewing and confirming any and all changes made by the editor and for following up on any comments/feedback made by the editor. Authors/clients should contact the editor via email if not completely satisfied with the service rendered and every effort will be made to remedy the situation.
  8. The author/client retains sole copyright and control on any and all materials sent to the author and/or EES. Author/client materials will not be shared with any third parties, including other authors, and will be destroyed upon request by the author/client.
  9. While every effort is made to complete editing work in a timely manner, delays may occur in the delivery of the final edited version of an article due to technical difficulties, network failures, difficulty with author-editor communication, or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, flood, etc.).
  10. Both the editor and EEES reserve the right to communicate with the proposed publisher in order to clarify any ambiguities or peculiarities of the publishers style guide in relation to the authors work.
  11. Both the editor and EEES reserve the right to refuse to proofread, edit, or create any document that advocates or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination, as well as any document that is obscene or pornographic, or in contravention of national and international laws.
  12. The information contained in client documents edited by EEES or its editors may include opinions or views that are not those of EEES or its editors or any person associated with EEES. EEES will not be held responsible or liable in relation to the use of any information contained in client documents including misleading or defamatory statements, or the infringement of third party copyright.
  13. The author/client is responsible for providing true and accurate information with respect to his or her name, address, telephone number, email address, and all payment details. Failure to provide correct and accurate information can result in a refusal to provide service. The author/client assumes all responsibility for any problems, errors, and issues, as well as legal liability, resulting from such false information. All information submitted by the author/client is confidential and secure.
  14. Both the editor and EEES reserve the right to refuse or deny services to any client or prospective client for any reason and without explanation.
  15. The author/client agrees to complete payment for any invoice issued for completed work within 14-days of the invoice being issued unless otherwise agreed.
  16. The terms and conditions contained herein may be modified, amended, altered, changed, reorganized, rewritten, or revoked at any time, for any reason, and without notice.
